Anchorage Downtown Partnership, Ltd. is bringing back "Trick or Treat Street" on Saturday October 29th from noon to 4pm. The #FOAST Law Enforcement Museum is a Trick or Treat candy stop for the event this year and all visiting ghouls and goblins in costumes will also get free admission into the museum.
